He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his daughters, Kelly (Rick) and Wendy (Rob); his stepchildren, Alan (Holly), Sarah (Rob) and John (Jocelyn); and his siblings, Sally (Peter) and Jim (Joanne). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, his many cousins, colleagues and friends.
