She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Mary Lewis (Morrisey); her husband Philip Herbert; and her siblings, Frank, Allan, Eileen Myers and Doris Bedell.

She is survived by: her son Robert (Mary Lou); her siblings, Diane Shufelt (Robert) and Gary Lewis (Darcel); and her siblings-in-law, Norma Lewis, Lillian Awalt, Edie Saldon and Bernie. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
