It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Beverley Gannon (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Brown and Ethel Mae Brown; and her husband James Francis Gannon Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James (Carrie), Troy (Helen), Derrick (Natalie), Carlos, Roberto, Densil, Angel, Palas (Jim) and Lorraine (Tiny); and her siblings, Derrick, Maxine, Debora, Carolyn, Sharon, Sylvia, Leonard, Juanita, Irene and Vivian. She is also survived by her 9 children. 18 Grandchildren- 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dartmouth Funeral Home (29 Queen St, Dartmouth, NS B2Y1E9). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Church (321 Main Ave, Halifax, NS B3S0B5).
