It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John White Buchanan of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine "Kay" Buchanan; and his son John Earl Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Buchanan (Kinnaird); his sisters, Dorothy Hadley (Peter) and Mary Hadley (Phillip); his grandchildren, Andrea and Joshua; and his stepchildren, Jonathan Kinnaird (Claudine) of North Carolina, Robbie Kinnaird of Dartmouth and Angela Kinnaird (Isa) of Toronto. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
