With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Frederick Clarke of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Guy and Mary Veronica Clarke (Pretty); his wife Donna Marie; his daughter Susan; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth.

He is survived by: his children, John (Ashley) of Texas City and Joanne McDowell (Robert) of Dartmouth; his grandchildren, Brendyn, Noelle, Ella, Aidyn and Kylie; and his brother George of Mount Uniacke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
