He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Walton of Dartmouth; his children, Scott (Sarah Grant Smith) of Fall River and Lindsay (Eric Munroe) of Mineville; his stepchildren, Steven Lundie B. C. (Isabel), Mark Garrison Australia (Sanjeev Chadha), Kimberly Humes (Antonio Abdo) of Halifax and Katherine Humes of Dartmouth; his grandchildren, Madeline, Julia Smith, Will, Donna, Amy, Leisa Munroe and Elizabeth "Ellie" Abdo; and his brother Donald Smith of Dartmouth.
