He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Irene O'Grady and Robert McLauchlan; and his stepfather Michael Tibando. He is survived by: his wife Linda McLauchlan (Crawley); his children, Michael John McLauchlan (Susan), Nancy-Lyn McLauchlan Laing (Nickon) and Leanne Nicole McLauchlan Simms (Greg); his parents-in-law, Mary and Bub Crawley; and his sister-in-law Nancy Hackett.
