He was predeceased by: his parents, William Borgal and Idella Borgal (Eisan); his wife Edna Borgal (Jennings); his brothers, Seldon Borgal and Clyde Borgal; and his sister-in-law Ellen Cruickshank (Ronald Borgal).
He is survived by: his sons, Duane (Michelle) and Greg; his granddaughters, Samantha (Kevin), Jessica and Emily (Jon); his great grandchild Arthur; and his brothers, Keith (Ann) and Ronald Borgal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diabetes Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
