He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Walsh and Rita Walsh; and his siblings, James, Donald, Reginald, Helen, Myrtle, Ruth and Esther.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna (Bradley Ernst); his sons, Tim (Sandra) of Lower Sackville, Peter and Mark (Robyn) of Moosehead; his stepchildren, Steven of Bedford and Alanna (Rob) of Lake Echo; his grandchildren, Mathew (Jennifer), Jessica, Blake, Samantha, Justin, Emma and Heidi; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Liam, Adalynn and Rylie.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Eastern Passage Community Funeral Home (5 Cow Bay Rd, Eastern Passage, NS B3G1M5). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery (17286 Nova Scotia Trunk 7, Tangier, NS B0J0A7).
