He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare and Frank R. Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia; his daughter Ashley (Marc Coulter); his grandson Connor; his friends, Brian Peddle and Mark Flannigan; and his sister Fran. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
In memory of Hugh, friends are invited to honor his spirit of generosity and kindness by making donations to the Aplastic Anemia Association of Canada, or by providing meals or necessities to local homeless encampments.
