We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 83, Hugh Douglas Raney (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Raney and Mabel Raney. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Andrew of Dartmouth and Kara (Brendon MacGillivray) of Fall River; his grandchildren, John Raney of Ontario, Adyson, Hugh and Finlay MacGillivray; and his siblings, Patt Mason (Hugh) of Kincardine, ON, David of Ottawa, ON and Marlene Jones of Michigan.

Donations in memory of Doug may be made to the QE2, Camp Hill Veteran's Memorial site or a charity of one's choice.
