Helen Marina George Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2024, at the age of 89, Helen Marina George (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Marina George to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Craig and Bertha Craig (Strum) of Albro Lake; and her siblings, Gerald Craig (Ethel), Mary Awalt (Rennie), John Craig (Helen), Harry Craig, Ethel Shand (Russell), Dorothy George (John), Mabel Senior (James), James Craig (Dolly Ann) and Shirley George (Robert).

She is survived by: her children, Craig George (Debbie), Patricia Sears (Scott), Perry George (Paula) and Christopher George (Sharon Belliveau); her grandchildren, Melissa Crooks (Nathan Walsh), Joshua George (Jessica), Nicholas George (Carleigh), Gregory Sears, Bradley Sears, Kathleen George and Jessica George; her great grandchildren, Chase, Cassie, Naiia, Henry, Preston and Drew; her brother Michael Craig of Dartmouth; and her sister-in-law Margo Ritchie (George). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia or any continuing care facility or charity of your choice.
