With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gwen Houlihan of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gwen left this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 102, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brackett and Ann Brackett (Gorman); her husband Bill; and her siblings, Marie, Helen, Bill, Frank, Pat, Johnny, Carl, Infant Carl and Bobby.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lee (Peter Perry), Patty (Art Parsons) and Kerry (Kelvin Latham); her grandchildren, Lesley Latham (Richard Liu), Scott Latham (Michelle Ash), Kate Latham (Adam Bird) and Ian Parsons (Sameer Kanuga); and her great grandchildren, Margot, William Liu and Bridget Bird. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9).
