He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Cougle and Mary Cougle; and his wife Nancy (West). He is survived by: his daughters, Jyl (Padde) and Jody (Chad); his grandchildren, Cassidy (Mike), Gregory, Sam, Myles and Audrey; his great grandchildren, Cecelia and Chrissy; and his brothers, Jim (Joanne), Ricky (Sharon), Carey (Marsha) and Andrew (Esther). He is also survived by in-laws and nieces and nephews.
