He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Armsworthy and Janice Armsworthy; and his nephew Josh. He is survived by: his significant other Pamela; his stepsons, Jordan and Tydan; his siblings, Doug, Carla, Karen (Sal) and Dean (Michelle); and his niece Megan (Alex).
