He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Arnold and Ellen Helfler (Arnold); his stepfather Ernest Hefler; his siblings, Freda Halfyard (Kenneth) and Kenneth Arnold; his brother-in-law David Verge; and his stepson Trevor Jessome.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Rachel Arnold (Hale); his children, Paul Arnold and Cheryl Arnold; his stepson Lewis "Hal" Jessome (Heather); and his sisters, Gail Verge and Darlene Osbourne (Phil McDonald). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sackville Legion.
