Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Elsie Kathleen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Parks and Clarice Parks (Alfred); and her sisters, Vonnie and Betty-Ann. She is survived by: her son David (Betty Ann); her grandson Nathaniel (Danika); her great grandchild Frances; and her siblings, Pauline, Marg (Dave) and John. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
