With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Walsh of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 9, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Ann Walsh to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Baker and Eileen Baker; her husband Gerry Walsh; her granddaughter Sadie Balcita; and her brother Kenneth Baker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Ellis (Brett) of Dartmouth and Karla Balcita (Joel) of New York; her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Luke, Addison and Julian; and her sisters, Peggy Gray, Freda Gillard and Sandra Hooper (Bill). She is also survived by her family and friends.
