He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard MacDougall and Catherine MacDougall (MacGillivray); and his brother David. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy (Anne), Anne Marie (Chuck) and Cathy (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
