She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Louise (Cherman) and Franklyn Calliste (Christopher Cosmus). She is survived by: her husband John Vieira; her children, Michael, Marie Louise (Fernando), Jonathan and Cindy; and her siblings, Neville Calliste and Doreen MacLeish. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Watch Video St. Peters Roman Catholic Church (10 Maple St, Dartmouth, NS B2Y2X3).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Dartmouth General Hospital in thanks to the nurses and doctors who took such good care of Cynthia in her last days.
