He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Gordon Sisco and Julie Sisco; his brothers, Jeffery (Roxanne), AB and Joey (Lisa); his aunt Jodey; his siblings, Jordon, Jessica and Kaylee; his uncles, Kelly Unckie Roger (K. K.) and Chuck (Sandy); his aunt Anne (Bud); his grandmother Betty Bouchie; his girlfriend Natasha; his grandfather Richard Sisco; and his cousin Jeremy Sisco. He is also survived by several Great Uncles, Aunts and cousins.

Finally, the Halifax QEII ICU team, thank you to your team, Corey was able to save lives though Organ Donation.
