He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Richard and Yvonne Richard; his significant other Rejeanne Richard (Jeanne); and his sister Odilla. He is survived by: his son Jean-Guy; his daughter-in-law Lynn (Seabright); his daughter Annette; his son-in-law Aubert (Dartmouth); his grandchildren, Samantha Dawe (Seabright), Justin Richard (Rachel Cox) and Rebecca Richard (Steven Bell); his great grandchildren, Esmé and Lola Dawe (Seabright); and his siblings, Eloi (Rita), Vincent (Flora), Lina (Yvon), Eric, Emile and Marcel. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
