We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 85, Barbara (Ward) Hosking of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Ward and Violet Ward; and her siblings, Nada Scofield, Audrey Jarrett, Rosalind Jackson, Shirley Mathieson, Jeannette Myers, Dianne Bowlby, John, Edgar, David and Robert Ward.

She is survived by: her husband Peter; her children, Scott (Maria Hernandez), Sandra (Emmanuel) and Craig (Liselotte); her grandchildren, Miguel, Elena, Brianna (Joel), David (Shayna), Robert (Fany), Nicolas (Julie) and Emelie; her great grandchildren, Chloe and Arianna; and her sister Daphne Rudolph. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
