He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wilson and Evelyn Wilson (Stults). He is survived by: his wife Gail Wilson; his children, Janice Nicholson (Glenn) and Bill Wilson (Meghan); and his brother Douglas Wilson (Joan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the SPCA of Nova Scotia.
