He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabell Stratton (Walker) and Stuart Norman Stratton; and his grandson Mitchell Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Stratton; his children, Jamie (Dale), Stuart (Catherine), Willie, Sandra Reddy (Thomas), Anna Clarkson and Natasha Haynes (Caleb); and his siblings, Mary Lee of Walkerton, Ont., Stuart Stratton (Gale) of Oshawa, John Brown (Rose), Courtice, John Radley (Gale) and Barrie. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in William's memory may be made to the Lung Association.
