It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Delphine (Gratton) Cassidy (Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Cass"; her parents, Elise Gratton and Ernest Gratton; and her sister Lucille. She is survived by: her children, Robert (Teresa) of Mississauga, ON, Gerald (Chryl), Susan of Hanwell, NB, Patrick (Candace) of Mississauga, ON and William (Shelley); her sister Fern Hite; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Rob, Michael, Erin, Patrick, Charlotte and Claire. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Even through the COVID-19 lock down she kept a good outlook on life and assured us all regularly that everything was okay despite being unable to see her family and have the regular interactions with family and friends. "That damn COVID" was her go to saying when reassuring us she was fine.
