He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Myklebust and Karn Myklebust; his parents-in-law, Sverre and Åsta Rӧsok; his brothers, Magne, Ivar and Kjell; his brothers-in-law, Ralph and Petter; and his nephews, Kjetil S. and Runar.
He is survived by: his wife Rӧnnaug; his children, Karin (Peter Sandall) of Cole Harbour and Stein; his grandchildren, Hayley (Ryan) and Connor; his stepgrandchildren, Laura (Matt), Andrea (Diana) and Paola (Vincent); his great grandchildren, Tegan and Zale; his stepgreat-grandchild Luca; his sisters, Gunvor and Oddbjӧrg; and his siblings-in-law, Svein (Evelyn), Åslaug, Olgunn (Atle) and Målfrid (Terje). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
