It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Lee Spurr (Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector John and Juanita Calidora MacDonald (Jollimore); her close friend Marilyn Bethune; her husband Raymond Douglas Spurr; and her siblings, Carolyn Crowe (MacDonald), Janice Rutt (MacDonald) and Bruce MacDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Smith (Robert), Paul Spurr and Derek Spurr (Mia); her grandchildren, Kaiden, Ronan, Dresden, Draven, Dilan and Mason; her sister Lorraine (Spurr); her brother-in-law S. A.; her nieces, Nancy Green (Kevin) and Bonnie Bellwood (Pete); her nephew Jeffrey MacDonald; her close friend Doug; and also, Charlene (Robert), Knox, Carrie Thompson (Shawn) and Darrell Bethune (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society in Patsy's name.
