Norma Swan Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Norma Swan (Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 89, on September 23, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Carroll and Marian Carroll (Matheson); her husband Warren J. Swan; her daughter Karen G Swan; and her siblings, Douglas, Jack (Mabel), James Carroll and Mary Lepper (Willard).

She is survived by: her sister Shirley Ferguson (Merv); her sister-in-law Marilyn Carroll; her children, Cynthia Smith (Cindy) and Blaine (Betty); her son-in-law Robert Dyke (Jessie); her grandchildren, Tyler Swan (Tiffany), Ryan (Heather), Ohio and Chelsea Swan (John); and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Wyatt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

COVID-19 protocols such as masks and social distancing will apply, with no reception following.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia or the Port Wallis United Church.
