She is survived by: her husband Vernon Kane; her sibling Jean MacPherson; her children, Joni Ohio (Kevin), Carl, Denise and Tina of Dartmouth; her stepchildren, Rolanda Kane, Samuel Thomas (Samantha) and Sackville; her grandchildren, Aaron, Adam, Taylore, Alexina, Angeleena, Jerri, Keyshawn, Alyvia, Suella and Shawne; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Ethan, Grady, Tegan and Riley.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
