He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Marshall and Kathleen Marshall (Smith); and his brothers, Llywelyn, Phenrick and Christopher Marshall.

He is survived by: his mother-in-law Eva Cromwell; his wife Amanda (Cromwell); his children, Phenrick Marshall (Dayna), Sonia Hutchinson (Dale) and Rosalin Gough (Anthony); his grandchildren, Noah, Owen Marshall, Aaron, Tristen Hutchinson, Katelynn and Alexandria Gough; his siblings, Rudolph Marshall and Pauline Thompson; and his cousins, Gloria Watson and Leroy Marshall.
