It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Jean Shiers (Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 9, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Barnes and Walter Barnes; and her husband Tommy "DeeDee". She is survived by: her children, Stephen Shiers (Linda) and Anne MacLean; her grandchildren, Ian, Derek, Patricia, James and Stephen-John; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Arthur-Thomas and Kaitlan-Lila.
