He is survived by: his father Charles Hugh MacKenzie; his daughter Lisa Catherine Moore; his brothers, Charles Thomas MacKenzie and Richard James MacKenzie; and his grandsons, Jermain Joseph John Kerfont, James Bill Moore and John.
