He is survived by: his wife Lucy "Henryka" Chrzaszcz; his children, Yolanda, Tammy and Jerry; his grandchildren, Mathew, Michael, Benjamin and Sophia; and his great grandchild Hudson. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
