He is survived by: his children, Grampy and Morgan; his wife Theresa (Johnston); his children, Ryan of Toronto, ON and Rhea; his granddaughter Morgan Charlotte Ann; his siblings, Marie MacDonald of Toronto, ON, Julie Davis of Brampton, ON., Gerard (Anne) of Port Hawkesbury, NS, Donald of Burnaby, BC and Earl of Calgary, AB.; his siblings-in-law, Francis Johnston (Bertha) of Sherwood Park, AB, Ron Johnston of Halifax, NS, Donnie Rankin (Joan) of McGregor, ON., Donna Neville of Frenchvale, NS, Darlene Costello of Frenchvale, NS, MaryLou Rankin Denton of Frenchvale, NS, Brenda Rankin of Dundas, ON., Enid Durgin, Carol Rankin, Duncan MacDonald, Rick Costello, Douglas (Sonny), Joe and Callie Rankin; his child Tweety; his uncle Meliss; his friends, Roy MacDonald (Donna), Carolyn, Tracy, Jeff, LaPierre and Publicover; and his children, Luc and Charlotte.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint John Xxiii Catholic Church (35 Colby Dr, Dartmouth, NS B2V 1N7). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
