Helen Marie Day Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2020, at the age of 85, Helen Marie Day of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Melanson and Bertha Melanson (Thibault); her husband Charles Day; her son Frankie; and her son-in-law Cameron Conrad.

She is survived by: her children, Gordon (Sam McQuaig), Marilyn Conrad and Jeanne (David Coderre); her grandchildren, Troy (Samatha), Matthew (Andrea), Jared, Courtney (Jestin), Josh, Austin, Tanner (Sandy), Sylvain and Geoff (Veronika); her great grandchildren, Axell and Arlo; her aunt Valerie (Myles D'Ambrose); and her siblings, Dennis, Leo, Hugh, Howard, Charlie, Katheryn, Estella and Lucy.

Due to Covid there will not be a funeral and in the future we will have a celebration of "Mom's" life once the family can be all together.

Memorial donations may be made at Ocean View Continuing care in Eastern Passage or at the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
