Eric John Brooks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric John Brooks of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, born in Sackville, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 26, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brooks and Hilda Brooks (Hicks); and his brother Alan. He is survived by: his wife Faye (Weatherbee); his children, Katherine Waterman (Tony) of Cole Harbour, Carol Bamford (Dave) of Brampton and Eric (Carolyn) of Ashburn, Virginia; his siblings, David, Victor (Bette), Brenda Toupin (Rick), Joan Allen (Frank) and Faye; and his grandchildren, David, Jennifer, Michael, Kaitlin, Kristopher, Alexandra and Brandon. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Eric's memory to the Beatrice Hunter Cancer Research Institute.
