He was predeceased by: his parents, Tremain Finley and Mildred Finley (Sellars); and his niece Chrystal Finley. He is survived by: his wife Agnes "Marie" Finley; his daughters, Cathy Finley (Dean McLean) and Janet Finley; his brothers, Russell Finley, Amherst Head, Austin Finley (Jeannine), Sudbury and Ont; his nieces, Charmaine Coady, Sherry Finley, Amber Finley and Ashley Finley; and his nephew Greg Jr..
