She was predeceased by: her husband Harm Bolhuis. She is survived by: her son Bill (Cindy); her grandchildren, Emily, Izeyah and Jayden; her daughter Dena; her granddaughter Melanie (Johnathan Coolen); her great grandchildren, Catherine, Craig (Kim Baltzer) and Sammi; and her daughter Angelina.
