He was predeceased by: his parents, John Graves and Flora Graves (Cleveland); his father-in-law Hugh Brewster; and his brother-in-law Cliff Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Judy Graves (Brewster); his children, Christopher Schelter (Eric) and Susan Russell (Matt); his siblings, Cathy Griffin, Betty Strong (Dave), Judy Vaughan (Gene), Debbie Roberts, Pereau, Donna Spencer (Peter) of Wasaga Beach, ON, Diane Graves, John (Sue), Tim of Toronto, ON and Jackie Johnson; his grandchildren, Vera, Gwen Russell, Freddie, Maddie and Hugh Schelter; his mother-in-law Jackie Brewster; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Forsythe (Cyril), Marie Hurley (Laarier Boudreau), Cathy Reimer (Jerry), Nancy Brewster (Adam Munick) and David Brewster (Dolores). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
