He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Dean and Marjorie Pineo (Barteaux); and his sisters, Shirley Waller and Valerie Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Lola May Pineo (Clarke); his children, Karen Simpson (Tim) and Alan Clarke; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jared, Ashlee and Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Willow, Cooper and McKenna Grace; and his child Requested Charity Shriners Hospital.
