She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurie Hayes and Marie Angeline Hayes (Perry). She is survived by: her husband John "Ludie"; her daughter Terena Hantelman; her brother Leslie Hayes (Myrna); her niece Sheena Pederson; and her great-nephew Maddox. She is also survived by many cousins, chosen family members and dear friends, as well as extended family.
