He is survived by: his wife Janet Coates; his sister Anne; his children, Susan, Mark (Joanna), Chris (Kim) and Justin (Pei); his siblings-in-law, Rod Coates and Debbie Vitale (Gary); and his grandchildren, Jake, Cam and Natasha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
