Harold John Thompson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold John Thompson (Coldbrook, Nova Scotia), born in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Thompson and Pauline Thompson (Russell); his wife Phyllis Thompson (Jardine); his sister Marjorie Estey; his siblings-in-law, Burton Estey, Wayne Creaser, Forrest, Gladys Jardine, Lindon Jardine and Sterling Jardine; and his nephew Kevin Jardine.

He is survived by: his children, Beth Tenwolde (Peter), Blaine Thompson (Jen), Brad Thompson (Lisa), Brent Thompson (Lorraine) and Dave Thompson (Rachael Currie); his grandchildren, Jordan, Alana, Melanie, Julia, Mitchell, Jack, Emma, Nick, Dan, April, Rylan and Ayden; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Amayah; his sister Shirley Creaser; his nieces, Cathy, Angie and Linda; his siblings-in-law, Faye Hicks (Otis), Joan and Rick Jardine (Lynn); and his caregivers, Charlene Pollett, Rooh Jeet and Lori Balzan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the SPCA or Alzheimer's Society of NS.
