He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Foote and Mildred Foote (Balsor); and his siblings, Murray, Olive and Carrie.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his stepchildren, Pamela Roy (Guy) and Raymond Gates; his stepgrandchildren, Jodie Steward, Jeremy Roy, Joelle Lister (Bill), Ethan Roy, Raymond N. Gates and Jordan Banerjeel (Magin); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Chase Steward, Eli Lister, Emmett Lister, Eddison Lister and Eliose Lister; and his siblings, Ray Foote and Ruth Evans (Jim).
