She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellsworth Sanford and Mable Elsie Connors of Newport; her siblings, Stanley, Lester Sanford, Hazel Elliott and Marie Demont; and her grandson Nathan Mosher.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Salsman; her children, Stephen Salsman (Sue), Woodville, Rick Salsman (Wendy), Coldbrook, Robert Salsman (Kim) and Darlene Murphy (Dale); her sisters, June, Joan, Marilyn, Marina and Sharon; her sister-in-law Doris Sanford; and her grandchildren, Christopher Salsman (Karina), Jonathan Salsman (Laura), Daniel Salsman Kentville (Jess), Tristan Mosher (Jessica), Gagetown, Kalen and Camden Salsman.
