He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Manuel and Silva Manuel (Harnish); and his siblings, Marie Clancy (Willis) and Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Heather (Phillips); his stepsons, Jeffery Graves (Aleida) and Michael Graves (Suzanne); his siblings, Albert (Lois) and Hazel Boutilier; and his sister-in-law Denise Manuel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
