He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lowrey and Daisy Lowrey (Jenkinson). He is survived by: his friend Cape Breton; his children, Diane MacMillan (Doug) and Clifford Jr. (Bev); his granddaughters, Alison and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Braden, Logan and Morgan; his brothers, Jack (Barbara) and Dr. Robert Mullan; and his friends, Fred, Adrian, Josie, Diana and Finn.
