She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Peters and Mary Peters (Martel); her husband Howard; her daughter Anne Marie; and her siblings, Francis, Connie, Rose and Yvonne.

She is survived by: her sister Margaret Butler (Gary); and her children, Bob Hartnett (Debra), Deborah Chipman (Bob), Judy Godfrey (Wayne), Paul Hartnett (Janet) and Tom Hartnett (Margaret). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, six step great-grandchildren and one step great great-grandchild.

Unfortunately, the funeral will be by invitation only due to COVID-19 restrictions.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation, Parkinson Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
