He was predeceased by: his parents, Borden Sanford and Freda Sanford (Potter); and his mother-in-law Barbara Wells. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy (Francine), Megan (Mike) and Ben (Port Maitland); his grandchildren, William, Patrick, Anthony, Victoria, Alexander and Liam; his sisters, Marcia of Clementsvale and Jane Lefurgey (Robbie) of Clementsvale; his close friend Bonnie Hudson; and the mother of his children Carolyn Sanford.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clementsvale United Baptist Church (1353 Clementsport Rd, Clementsvale, NS B0S1G0).
